A regular client asked for some help with the interiors and styling for their wedding which took place over a beautiful May bank holiday. It was an English garden theme wedding with a touch of India, set in the private grounds of Manchester Square Gardens in London.
The project involved using Raj Tent Club to provide the tents, furnishings and parasols and all other objects and items were sourced to bring their personalities through. The main task was to select the right furnishings and soft furnishings to work with the colour palette whilst not being too heavily Indian themed with copious amounts of trinkets.
Numerous vases were selected from various places like H&M Home, Zara Home, Burford Garden Company to name a few. The Bride’s father is an artist and created some fun hanging mobiles and the bar back wall was dressed with handmade tassel garlands to add texture and depth.
There were two main tents one being a living room/hotel lobby style seating area for family and friends, a kids tent to keep them occupied and finally the bar, pockets of cosy seating areas under stunning Indian parasols were added and cushions galore for added comfort. It was a zestfully personal day to say the least.
